THE TRAVELING KITCHEN

Maestro Samuels Messina's passion for cooking started at the age of twelve. His first culinary efforts were in his intermediate school's cooking class where he perfected the Pizza Pan Omelet. In the mid-nineties, he would organize dinner parties and demonstrate and execute meals that takes thirty minutes or less to prepare. Samuels is a third-generation self-taught cook.  His knowledge of blending spices with his original cuisines allows his guests to learn and bring back the joy of cooking in their kitchens again. He is traveling to church groups and private homes to educate them on how easy it is to prepare your gourmet meal in less than thirty minutes. Gourmet-n-Thirty was created for Christians and non-Christians to reunite as one in their communities and enjoy the savoring flavors of Culinary cuisine and Fellowship.
